Terms of service
The deal, in plain language. Last updated: July 2026.
The service
Kashvi is an AI app builder: you describe software, the platform generates and runs it. It is provided by the Kashvi team ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your code, your apps
You own the code generated in your projects and the apps you build with it — use it, modify it, sell it, host it anywhere. We claim no rights over your applications. You are responsible for what your apps do and for the content you put into them.
Credits
AI work (builds, edits, chat answers) consumes credits. Free welcome credits are a gift and may not be resold. If a platform failure consumes your credits, we restore them — report it and we'll make it right. When paid plans launch, their specific terms will appear here before you can buy them.
Acceptable use
Don't use Kashvi to build things that are illegal, that harm others (malware, phishing, harassment, deception), or that attempt to break the platform's isolation and security. Don't abuse free credits with automated account creation. We may suspend accounts that do; where reasonable, we'll warn first.
Your data
Handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy. Short version: we don't sell it, AI processing doesn't train on it, and you can leave with everything.
Honest disclaimers
Kashvi is young software that generates software — provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted service or error-free output. Review generated apps before trusting them with anything critical. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim (which, on the free plan, is zero — another reason we work hard on reliability anyway).
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be dated here and significant ones emailed. Questions: hello@kashvi.dev.
