Fair billing
You pay for outcomes,
not attempts.
The #1 complaint about AI app builders is paying for failure: credits burned on broken generations, then more credits fixing what the AI itself broke. Kashvi is built on the opposite rule — if we fail, you don't pay. Here is exactly how that works, and how to audit it.
Start free — no card →A failed build refunds itself
If the AI service fails mid-build — an outage, a billing error on our side, anything that stops your app from being generated — the credit returns to your balance automatically, before you could even write to support. You will see the refund as its own line in your ledger.
Our bugs never burn your credits
When code we generated breaks and the studio repairs it by itself, that repair run is free. Your billing activity shows a “auto-fix (our bug — free)” receipt with zero credits deducted, so the promise is auditable, not marketing.
Every credit is itemized
Your billing page keeps a running ledger: every build, edit, chat answer, refund, and free auto-fix with a timestamp and reason. If you ever wonder where a credit went, the answer is one click away — not a support ticket.
No hidden multipliers
One AI action costs one credit — a one-line tweak and a twenty-file build are both one run. The only exception is the optional Max-quality mode, which runs everything on our top model and is clearly labeled: 2 credits per run, shown right where you switch it on.
Scoping is free
Before your first build, Kashvi interviews you about your idea — platform, audience, must-have features. Those questions are generated by AI too, but they cost nothing: you should never pay to tell us what you want.
No card, no expiry
Sign-up needs no credit card and comes with 25 free credits — 5 instantly, 20 when you confirm your email. Welcome credits and purchased packs never expire; Pro’s monthly credits roll over while you stay subscribed.
Auditable, not aspirational.
These aren't policies buried in terms — they are lines in your billing ledger. A real activity feed from a Kashvi account looks like this:
Fair-billing questions.
What happens when a build fails?+
If the AI service fails to deliver — an outage or an error on our side — the run stops, you see an honest failure message, and the credit refunds to your balance automatically. The refund appears as its own line in your billing ledger.
Do I pay when Kashvi fixes its own mistakes?+
No. When generated code breaks and the studio auto-repairs it, the repair run is free (capped per day to keep it abuse-proof). Your ledger shows a zero-credit “auto-fix (our bug — free)” receipt for each one.
What exactly costs a credit?+
One unit of AI work: one build, one edit, or one chat answer about your project. Previews, publishing, the pre-build interview, downloads and hosting at your kashvi link are always free. The optional Max-quality mode is the only exception at 2 credits per run — labeled where you enable it.
Why do AI builders feel so expensive elsewhere?+
Because most tools charge per attempt, including their own failures — public reviews describe the majority of tokens going into fixing what the AI itself broke, with no refunds. We designed billing the other way around: failures refund, our bugs repair free, and everything else is a flat, predictable credit.
Can I see where every credit went?+
Yes. The billing page has a full activity ledger — every deduction, refund, free auto-fix, and purchase with its reason and date. Nothing is deducted silently.
Do unused credits expire?+
No. Welcome credits and one-time pack credits never expire. Pro’s 100 monthly credits roll over for as long as the subscription is active.
What if I run out of credits mid-project?+
Your app keeps working, stays published, and remains fully downloadable — credits are only needed for NEW AI work. Top up with a one-time pack or go Pro whenever you want to keep building.
